How do I access Inkview?

Inkview is listed in the Inkscape program folder, but I can't get it to open or downlooad if it is a separate function.

Hi,

Inkview can't be launched alone (or double-clicked). You must specify at least a file name, and run it with a command line (or on Windows from a shortcut).
