Windows - No Disk

Asked by mr-calculator on 2009-12-06

Every time I open Inkscape, an error message appears. If I click continue several times, it goes away, and Inkscape works without any problems, but it's annoying to have to close it every single time.

(Title:) Windows - No Disk

(Content:) Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

(Options:) [Cancel] [Try Again] [Continue]

Thanks!

Hi,

As far as Inkscape is concerned, the only potential issue I see (but not reproduced on my computer) could come from the preferences file (if you've used Inkscape with a file on a removable media).
Could you rename (or remove) the existing preferences file (on XP, C:\Documents and Settings\*YOUR PROFILE*\Application Data\Inkscape\preferences.xml) so that Inkscape creates a new one, with default parameters?

But it could also be due to other causes (http://www.consumingexperience.com/2007/11/windows-no-disk-exception-processing.html gives some clues).

Regards.
