how to rotate letters 1/16th of a turn or less

I am trying to rotate letters to make a phase with the letters tipped in various angles. I am using VAG Rounded font. I have the letters typed, but can not rotate them slightly

Hi Dennis,

You can use Alt+[ and Alt+] to rotate each letter slighly (Note that it can be a little tricky if you're not using an English querty keyboard. Let me know if it's the case.)
