revert the original dialog box while openning file by: File->Open,

Asked by Marcin Szałowicz

Is there a posibility to have inkscape in new version revert the original gtk dialog open instead of windows one ? (if inkscape on win32 platform).. i see a big difference in speed, but gtk file chooser dialog has one good option, it allows me to have my own shortcuts in the left bar ...
i think the optimization can be taken from gimp i know that they had some problems with speed with gtk dialog chooser on win32 but in the latest versions, they fixed that...

…and an earlier question based on Inkscape 0.46:
«How to "turn off" Windows native file dialogs»
<https://answers.launchpad.net/inkscape/+question/25815>

It seems that the answer at the moment is 'No, there is no user preference setting implemented to revert to the GtkFileChooser as 'Open…' file dialog in Inkscape 0.47 on win32'.

Can you help with this problem?
