round corner of bitmap

I like to place a picture above another picture.
The picture on top must me shown as a circle.

How do I crop the picture to a circle?

Hi,

1. Draw a circle over the top image.
2. Select the circle and the top image.
3. Use Object>Clip>Set to crop the image.
