vector graphics to raster graphics

I presently have numerous files created by CadLink Signlab and I need to be able to convert them into a raster format so that I can modify them without opening these files in their originator program {Sinlab}. Can Inkscape handle this or can some suggest another program that I can utilize? THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!! <email address hidden>
