Hello

I hope this is the place to post my question/suggestion, if not please do not kill me ^^. However, are you going to make a function "Save my workspace" in version 0.47? Because it's irritating to re-order everything with a new project.

What do you mean under 'workspace'?
you could make template, which will contain stuff, like gradients, paper size and so on.
is it what you looking for?

I mean like the Fill and Stroke panel that you don't need to open set that to the right corner everytime you are on a new project.

unfortunately answer is no as far as i know.
but you only need to click on each button at start, since windows could be set as 'dockable' in File-Inkscape Preferences-Windows. Also check 'Save and restore window geometry for each document' there.
