Inkscape

Can't install under Windows since I'm not an administrator

I am not an administrator on my Windows XP system (at work), and therefore can't install Inkscape on my own. Other programs sometimes allow the user to choose the destination installation directory, which usually works fine for me. Can you please add this capability to the installer?

1. Portable Inkscape - i.e. on Prtableapps.com - http://portableapps.com/node/19503
2. the new win installer coming soon ;)

I also found, that existing Win installer able to set installation directory manually.
