vml to svg conversion

I would like to convert a vml document to svg and have seen a Vector Converter on this website:- http://vitali.web.cs.unibo.it/Progetti/VectorConverter
Is it feasible that Inkscape might at some stage be able to import vml and convert to svg for web use?
