Multipage SVG from 1.2 spec

Inkscape cannot load multipage SVG files, it would be useful, when should it be fixed ?

Inkscape atm not meet the SVG 1.2 spec, and even 1.1 fully, so it is not bug to be 'fixed'.
Answer is - when one of developers will do it. Like Alexandre said b4.

What is the best way to collaborate to the development of Inkscape and make it support new features ?
