How to connect an object to a snapping line, so that I can move all object, that are snapped at that line.

Snap the objects, group (Ctrl-G) and then move the group, eg by moving the line first and then re-snapping the group to it.

I think it would be a good feature request (file as a "Bug" above) that items could optionally snap-stick to a guideline and then be moved with it.

Can you help with this problem?
