find an image

I am trying to find a saved image that I drew but cannot remember the name or subject. This has around two to three years ago.I have it on my computer but can't find it.

I received an answer by marenhchman and want to thanks for the enlightment. But I must say that I still didn’t grasp the exact notion. The answer was:
