i cannot find the start button.

I cannot find the start button. I have a class in digital arts in which i am to use this .
Save your project as pattern.svg in the section_1 folder.
Click the Start menu, and then click My Computer.
Double-click Local Disk (C:).
Double-click the art1 folder.
Double-click section_1.program. They give me these instructions
please help me with this. thank you.

The Start menu button is the Windows main menu, usually in the bottom left corner of your screen.
