difference with pdf on mac or pc

HI- i am working on a pc and saving pages for a book as pdf. they show up fine on the pc, but my printers are using a workflow mac and that is showing the pdf differently to how it is saved. it is masking out part of a graphic. i have a photo but don't know how to upload it.

Hi Janet,

it appears that one of the pdf programs is faulty, or that the printer requires a different type of pdf.

It's better to discuss this kind of question that requires some back and forth, as well as file exchange, in a forum.
