Message d'erreur en ouvrant inkscape "inkscape a subi une erreur interne et va se fermer maintenant"

J'ai téléchargé Inkscape sur windows 10 ce matin. Après installation, impossible d'ouvrir le logitiel car un message d'erreur s'affiche : "inkscape a subi une erreur interne et va se fermer maintenant." Peut être ai je oublié dinstaller quelque chose, je sais pas. Quelqu'un peut m'éclaircir sil vous plait ^^'?
