Cannot install extension .zip fails

I downloaded the Ruler/Scale extension from Git!

WinZip or 7-zip cannot unzip the folder!!

Here is what happens:

This extension is not part of the Inkscape project, but written and maintained by a third-party developer. Please ask them about issues with their files at their repository.
