PDF is getting vertically flipped in SVG conversion

Hi,

I have a PDF, when I convert it to SVG via below command it get vertically flipped. bellow is the Command and PDF.

Command: inkscape.exe -f input.pdf -l output.svg

PDF: https://designerimages.artifi.net/UserPhoto/1680a7c9-d702-4754-aebb-37212e7c3096//Photos/Print/62142375e089e-1033-4bf1-8af1-5c9438a4ce9e.pdf

Any one can please help?
