How to create colored hatchings
Hello
I’m - a German - working presently with the drawing tool Inkscape
I have found several tutorials on YouTube where I have already learnd a lot
Some minutes ago I have watched a tutorial video in German with the name 20 Inkscape, Teil 3, Füllung, Farbverlauf, Muster, Konturlinie
Link = ...https:/
Now I have learnd how I can generally create line hatchings
Unfortunately in the tutorial there were black and white line hatchings shown
My Question is now How do I create for example a rectangle with a Blue ██ / yellow ██ hatching
Additional one more Question:
Can I - after I have created such a Hatching – save this hatching somehow as a pattern in a way that I can use it later once again?
Can I use this hatching also for bigger objects? Without that any strange Problems appear
Thanks a lot in advance
- for every solution or answer or for a link where Solutions are presented
- if you forward my Question to someone who can answer my questions
- if you give me an E-Mail Adr. of someone who can help.
can I upload also example pictures in ths forum?
with best regards
R. Louis

I don't have time for a detailed reply, but maybe this will be helpful, too:

For alternating colors, just duplicate one hatch, change the color, then move it a bit.
Saving patterns: https:/
No, images don't work here.
