Gradient cannot follow the object

Operating System: Windows 10 Home edition (64-bit) build 1803
InkScape version: 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

Re-produce steps as below:
step 1. Create a Gradient on an object (like a Circle or Rectangle).
step 2. Move this Circle or Rectangle.
step 3. You will see the Gradient cannot follow the object.

This is not a bug, just a wrong setting.
