How do I go to the templates page?

Quick start instructions say:

1. Click the download button above and click run. The program will download and self extract.

2. Now go to our Templates Page and find your part #.

I do not see a Templates Page.

Have you downloaded Inkscape from http://inkscape.org/releases ?
