Hi, can I draw arrows with different wides at the end and begining?

I would like to know if I can draw arrows with different wide at the both ends.

You mean that one end uses a different arrow than the other end? Yes, that's certainly possible.

Just select different start and end markers, in the third tab of the Fill and Stroke dialog.
