Triangle in and out in Bezier pen do not work.

Triangle in and out do not work. Always have a consistent line siae which is very thin. Opacity at 100% Elipse and clipboard do work. Drawing line is very thin, grey stroke. always have to reset in path and stroke. What am i doing wrong?

Maybe the stroke is too thick for the triangle to be visible.

You can change the width of the effect with the node tool on the canvas, by dragging on the pink diamond-shaped handle.
