Having trouble Plotting

I'm trying to send a plot to the AXIDRAWL and this error occurs:

pySerial is not installed.
1. Download pySerial here (not the ".exe"!): http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyserial
2. Extract the "serial" subfolder from the zip to the following folder: C:\[Program files]\inkscape\python\Lib\
3. Restart Inkscape

I cant get this to work as it sends me to the web because Windows doesn't recognize the download.

Can you offer some help, please.
