SVG rendered incorrectly

Following SVG is displayed incorrectly:

In Inkscape 0.91 r13725 (Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS) that SVG looks like this:

The SVG seems to be ok, since it is displayed correctly in other viewers, browsers and editors.

Is this a bug that should be reported?

Seems to open without issue in Inkscape .92.2 on Windows 8.1-64bit.

I upgraded Inkscape to the latest stable PPA (0.92.3) and the problem disappears.

So lets assume the issue is fixed.
