Inkscape

Mesh toolbar not appearing

When I click on the Mesh tool the Mesh options do not appear in the tool bar at the top, consequently I cannot control the mesh parameters.
I have tried resetting the tool shortcut Cntrl Shift M, but this does not work either.
I am using a Mac Lapbook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.3.

The shortcut doesn't work by default, as far as I know, it would need to be created via the keyboard shortcut editor in the preferences.

Please:

- open Help > About and copy the version string in the top right into your next comment here.
- tell us how you installed Inkscape (which option - brew? macport? dmg? other?)
- start Inkscape from the command line, and click on the mesh tool icon when it isn't active yet. What does it print on the command line?

After much checking of settings I was able to get it working.
