SVG printing considering measures

I have an SVG file and I noticed that Inkscape can make the print considering the correct measurements in "cm".

I'm trying to make a webpage that does the printing of SVG content, but Chrome considers the correct steps, however IE does not.

Could you help by talking about some web API or any other mechanism that helps that printing a webpage with SVG that can consider the correct measurements?
