How can I get the inkscape 0.92.2 black theme?

I'm seeing inkscape everywhere looking like this: https://goo.gl/images/pCyRHv but my inkscape looks like: https://goo.gl/images/oYArrd I want the black theme I like it. It makes inkscape look expensive. But I dont know how to change the theme. I hope there's a simple solution, and not a complicated answer. I like to be taught with gifs and screen captures... Actually explain however you like.
