change the ICONS picture/image in inkscape

can I install Numix Icon for inkscape interface, so the Icons will changes, is it allowed, not breaking the license?

You can use any icon set you want for your own private use. Only when you want to redistribute any icon sets, or icon sets together with Inkscape, you need to make sure that the licence allows for it.
