Where do I fine the templates?

Where do I go two get a template for the labels I purchased? I bought Part #4050-GL2 which is 4 X 3"

If the manufacturer of the labels doesn't have one on their website, I suggest you measure the sheets and create one yourself.

Change the document size at File > Document Properties.
Add any rectangles that you need using the rectangle tool (press r or click on button with a square on it on the left).

4050 is 4" x 5"
4030 is 4" x 3"

and the EPS file can be downloaded and opened in Inkscape.
