Clarification in Flossmanuals-creating custom fonts

Asked by John Morgan

At the end of the 2nd paragraph, plus the list of 4 instructions don't seem to work. When I open up the; File>new from template>Typography canvas>create from template, all I get is the regular screen with the 5 blue guides. The instructions mention; ...[ In the column labelled Font, click on New to create a font. You can double-click on the generic name of the font to change it.] I have looked everywhere and tried everything.
Any help with this is appreciated.

Thanks,

John......

"Inkscape provides a dialog dedicated to the creation of SVG fonts in the menu under Text > SVG Font Editor."

Open the dialog to find what you are looking for. It's the one from the bottom screenshot (which still needs to be updated for English).

Ahh, I see it now. Thanks. Although I think this might relate a little to my other question above about the Inkscape Manual.
