can I connect circles to lines so they drag together?

Asked by bob

Is it possible to draw a circle so the outline shows. Put text in the circle and connect a line between the circle and another circle so the line is fixed to the circle and when the circle is dragged the contents and the line move with the circle?

That's what the connector tool is supposed to do (but be warned, it's very buggy, might even look different after saving, closing the file, and reopening):

For anchoring the text in a circle, either user Text > flow into frame or just group them together.

Sorry I must have answered youe post and then pressed solved without sending.
I typed quite a lot, figures.
The jist was The connector tool worked easily , it doesn't follow the box when I move it but catches up when I drop the box.
I didn't work out the text>flow method, though I might try some more but the grouping works perfectly.
Thank you for your interest and assistance. I appreciate it.
