all the commands on the left/top and side are so small. I can't see them how do i make them larger

i downloaded the program and the fonts are so small on the program. the buttons on the side are so small i can't even see them. i have tried to find a function to make them larger but couldn't. i have tried to take my screen and widen the work table but that will not work either.
i truly can't see the buttons on each side or the top of the program. what can i do to fix this?

Go to Edit -> Preferences -> User Interface and change the icon sizes there. That may not be sufficient for a HiDPI screen, but it's the only thing that can currently be done. Inkscape 0.93 will change that.
