how to fix redeye

I am fairly new to Inkscape having used Photoshop for years and I am still not familiar with a few things and one is how to get rid of redeye. I have tried looking for it. Would appreciate some help. Thankyou as this is my main photo editor.

Photo editing is usually done in raster/bitmap editors. Perhaps explore using GIMP, the free, open source , excellent bitmap/raster editor.

I used Photoshop for years, then switched to GIMP. Have not looked back.
