Export layers with opacity settings saved
New to vector images... Every time I change the opacity of a layer and export the resulting PNG file has reset the opacity settings back to 100. I have to circles: one with the opacity set to 80%, the other set to 70%. When the image is exported, both opacity settings are reset to 100%.
How can I export an image and retain the opacity settings?

Sorry, I cannot reproduce.
What I did for testing is:
- Open new file
- draw something
- open layers dialog
- set layer opacity to 50%
- open png export dialog via File > Export PNG image
- select file name, resolution, export area
- click on export
What are you doing differently?

(my result was: File contents looks exactly the same as before exporting anything)
