paint bucket is not showing don't know how to use

I'm new and learning to screen print. Need to learn how to use paint bucket, but it's not showing on the ribbon.

Could be the tool icons are bigger than the screen has room...

There will be an arrow or >> at the bottom of the tools icons tho provide text labels for tools not shown.

The icons can also be made smaller in the preferences panel.
