cant remove border on my image

I have an image with white text that says " Reign Fit" with a crown in the middle of those words. The background color is red. I can make the image transparent but when I upload the image it has a square, gold border around the image. I am trying to figure out how to remove that border but I have no idea how to.

You could try isolating the parts you want by using a clipping object.
