Hello,

Thanks for reply.
So the best thing is to size it in inskape and then open the file in gimp and convert it to jpg?
Or is there a convert program only for making it jpg?
Thanks again.

Kind Regards

Not the best, but solution :)

Sure yes. http://www.geocities.com/aroach.geo/png2jpg/
btw - do you know, JPEG format doesn't support alfa-channel? It means in simple words 'transparency'.

Hello,

Thanks again.
I tried to scale in anskape and i get the right size but then when i save it it saves the size like before but only the logo is smaller(right size)but the logo is placed on a big blanc page from the size it used to be.
Can the rest of surface around the logo to be cut before saving in inskape.

About the convert program it seems to be a png to jpg converter but i have a .ai vector file.
Can i still do this then?

Thanks again.

kind regards

In File → Export Bitmap there is dpi value. Make the value bigger.

1. For fit image to page: Select your image, then File->Document prorperties->Page->Fit page to selection
2. Inkscape development version could open AI files nicely
