color blind pallette

Do you have a filter or preference choice to set for color choices suitable for drawing figures for color blind people? If yes, where is it and how do i set this palette?

Inkscape has a filter that allows you to preview how things would look for a color blind person:
Filters -> Color -> Color blindness (added in 0.92).

I don't know about any preexisting palette, but you could add your own.
