1) Implementation in Inkscape of (vector) fractal generation framework such is Apophysis:

2) Animation toolset: in Blender you could capture animation using keyframe of location and rotation of objects:

Proposition: animation toolset in Inkscape for rendering animations of keyframed translated nodes of paths,strokes and objects.

3) Curl noise flow procedural generation using paths and strokes
 This is 3D example of procedural generation of curl noise https://vimeo.com/169438746

Proposition: new toolset in Inkscape for procedural generation of vector 2D curl noise of spiro paths.
The UI could be node based or use some other UI logic . This could be useful for visualization of curl noise simulation as 2D slice of paths.
