Object IDs for new document, open, save, and print icons?

I'm making an icon set for Inkscape, but I'm having trouble locating the ID's for the "new document", "open document", "save", and "print" icons. It seems as though they aren't included in the default icon set, so I'm wondering if they're changeable and if not then why?

As far as I understand, this will change with version 0.93.
