how to set the degree of an arc

I want to make an arc with an 11 degree angle. How to do this?

The ellipse/circle/arc tool has controls for setting the start and end of an arc; the numeric entries are in degrees. Zero-degrees is oriented to the right, where 3-o'clock would be on a round clock face.
