dockable windows

Once a dockable window - the layers dialog, for example - is moved out of the dock, there appears to be no way to move it back into the dock. I assume this is not the case, and that the procedure to do so is obscure only to me. So, how does one do this?

you see on the window you detached there are 2 window titles, the main one of the window, and a second one just under it, drag the second one over the dock.
