Failed to open eps file

Keep receiving message below and have no idea what's happened? The last time I used Inkscape to open eps file. There's no problem.

The original file roots:
D:\My Documents\__USI Auto Profiles\圖庫

I got it. After changed folder name to be English "Car Images", the problem appeared no more!

Hi WU, TSUIYUN,

yes, sadly the extension in that Inkscape version cannot deal with non-Latin file paths.
I think this will be fixed in the next release, though.
