Hi Kim,

not automatically, no. Inkscape is not a desktop editing software, but a drawing tool. See our gallery:

However, if you need only a few of them, you can easily create them yourself, by either making them a separate text object, and using kerning to move the first letters of the first two rows to the right, or maybe it would be possible to also do this within the same text object, by moving the base line for the first letter downwards and changing its font size.
