I want to make circular flow charts using a circle and then cutting arcs and add arrow heads. I can't find the way to do it.

Asked by johan-owen de craene

I'm a biologist and I often need to make circular flow charts to symbolize circular processes. I illustrator I would draw a circle and use the cutter function to cut arcs, select the pieces to be deleted and add arrow heads pointing in whichever direction needed. I can't find a similar function in Inkscape. Could you please tell me how I should proceed to draw these schematics? Thank you for your help.

Sincerely,

Johan
