how to reduce image

I want to make a 5x3 card from what I have in Inkscape. when I printed my form it was far to large

See Ctrl+Shift+D Document properties, is the paper size right in there? Then you could select all using Ctrl+a and rescale it dragging it with Picker tool F1 from corner node while holding Ctrl.
