It is possible by decompressing them into plain SVG.

I found decompressor (Win version, but i think will work under wine), that seems to work - http://allnokia.ru/kcenter/base/img/79/svgb.zip (15kb)
Syntax of use: svgb.exe "Entry01.svgb" "Entry01.svg" - i think there is nothing to explain :)

Also there is source code of some converter- http://www.monich.net/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/svgb/

Hope it will be useful!

I tried the first way for a long time, but it does not work for me - I in a result receive the same files which vector editors cannot open, is simple with expansion svg.

Concerning the second reference - I cannot understand as it to use... :(

Apparently at the moment it's impossible to open that kind of files directly using inkscape. Maybe you should file a feature request in the Bugs section.
Explain what are you trying to do and you cant, provide a sample file if it's possible and inform what operating system and version of Inkscape you are using.

Hi again Sad Angel!

Sure, I'd fail to open your files. But I've found some hopefully information for you!

SVGB seems to be kind of SVG Tiny format, used in mobile phones. In "Inkscape Milestones" there are two future releases
of Inkscape that will be dedicated TOTALLY to providing support of SVG Mobile. Please see http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Roadmap, Milestone 15 & Milestone 16.

I Hope that this info high your spirit! ;)

Find some project svgb2svg: 'Tiny open-source SVGB to SVG converter written on Qt. Authors: Ilya Averyanov and Anton Mihailov Based on Svgb decoder by Slava Monich. Works on Windows, Linux, Mac OS X and Symbian S60." site: http://en.sourceforge.jp/projects/sfnet_svgb2svg/releases/

Can you help with this problem?
