document properties: default units

Asked by Peter A Herrmann on 2017-03-31

In the Page Tab of Document Properties dialogue is a choice of default units. Nowhere can I find what some of the 2-letter choices mean---> does 'pt' mean 'points' (i.e. dpi?) ; does 'pc' mean 'percent' or ?
