accessing openclipart.org

I have just installed ver 0.46. According to the documentation, I should be able to access openclipart.org directly from the file menu of inkscape. Nowhere under the file menu can I find this option, however. I have configured inkscape to access the server openclipart.org with my logonid and password, but still the option does not appear. Could you suggest what I might be doing wrong. I am also fully registered at openclipart.org.

This is a half-working feature and it was disabled in later builds of 0.46.

It very much depends on communication from Open Clip Art guys side.
