How to convert svg to swf?

I need some converter svg to swf. I find svg2swf.py file but I can't understand what to do. I put script into built-in script editor but I need sax.xml file. When I download script I see in requirments SAX. And I try to start script in python that i found in folder with inkscape. The python.exe says to me that something wrong with syntax. Please help.
Sorry for my English, I'm from Russia.

Я так понимаю, речь идет о http://robla.net/1996/svg2swf/ ? Не уверен, что он сработает как надо — слишком старый софт.

Как насчет https://sourceforge.net/projects/svg2swf/? Или Вы железно под виндой?

Пока железно под виндой, но уже думаю сменить ее на линукс. А не подскажите, этот код отличается от старого?
